Training process

Transform your career in just 3 months with our program, designed to fit the busiest schedule with only ~12 hours of weekly engagement. Here's how you'll grow:

  1. Explore self-study materials, including lectures and text resources, available anytime at your convenience.
  2. Complete practical tasks and theory quizzes, receiving instant feedback to track your progress.
  3. Participate in weekly Q&A sessions with EPAM's top experts, getting the guidance and insights you need. (Sessions will be organized in the late afternoons and recordings will be available after meeting).


Please mind that this training is only for citizens of Bulgaria who based in Sofia or located in nearby areas (small towns or villages close to Sofia) and specialists relocated to this country for a permanent stay.

What is required for training:

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
  • Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows and Linux)
  • Understanding of network technologies and TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience with version control with Git
  • Familiarity with algorithms and programming basics (Bash, Python).
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience in monitoring and troubleshooting 
How to get started?
  1. Register by August 24. Once you fill in all the required fields, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab. 
  2. Take an English test available in your profile.  We expect you to complete it within 3 days and reach the B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level result.
  3. Pass the assessment (theoretical tests and practical tasks) by August 31. After registration, you will receive a link to pass it via your profile's email, or you can find it in the notifications tab. 
  4. Start your learning journey. If you pass the previous step successfully (several attempts are possible), you will access the main training modules and can proceed with exploring materials.

Please check your profile's mailbox regularly to make sure you get all important notifications.

  1. This training is for citizens of Bulgaria and specialists relocated to this country for a permanent stay, and individuals located in Sofia.
  2. The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email. 
  3. Active participants of trainings available on the campus.epam.com platform and EPAM Systems Company Employees are not allowed to register for the training. Please, contact your manager regarding the positions available.
  4. Considering the limited number of program slots, the application order and assessment results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
