Training process

The program consists of several stages, allowing you to gradually move forward from basic concepts to more advanced tools:

  1. Stage 1 – Selective phase (~2 weeks, ~15 hrs/week)

Kick off your journey with a welcome session and a full overview of the training plan. Over these two weeks, you'll cover introductory topics in a self-paced format. To move forward, you'll need to pass a knowledge check and an interview with a recruiter.

  1. Stage 2 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

Gain access to the SAP S/4 HANA system, explore self-study materials, attend evening webinars, complete practical tasks and receive continuous support from our trainers via chat. Your performance will determine whether you are ready to proceed to the next stage.

  1. Stage 3 (flexible duration)

Join the EPAM Lab and prepare for real-world projects. The duration of this stage will vary for each participant, as we begin considering you for open roles based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities within the company.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  1. Citizens of Latvia and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
  2. Final year university students, graduates and specialists changing careers
  3. Individuals aged 18 years and older

Skills requirements:

  1. English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
  2. IT or economic / logistic / accounting experience and/or education
  3. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill in all required fields and attach your CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and the notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and reach at least a B1 level result to move forward.
  3. Receive an invitation to the program and start studying. We will share enrollment results and further instructions for your learning journey closer to the training start date.
