Would you like to delve deeper into the role of a Business Analyst in IT and gain practical skills? Join the Business Analysis Program at EPAM Campus!

This course is designed for candidates who want to master essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, modeling business processes, analyzing data and communicating effectively with development teams and stakeholders. Along with theoretical knowledge, you will work on practical tasks and participate in workshops where you can apply what you have learned to real-world scenarios.

Program start: July 8th, 2026

Audience: Ukrainians currently living in Ukraine

Format: Self-study of materials, regular workshops, homework reviews, and Q&A sessions with experts.

The program consists of two stages. After completing the course, top graduates will have the opportunity to interview for EPAM projects and join the EPAM Ukraine team.

What will you learn?

The first stage of the program lasts approximately one month and includes self-study and Q&A sessions with trainers. Online sessions will be held in the evenings, outside regular working hours. Plan to spend about two hours per week on online sessions, as well as additional time on self-study.

During this phase, you will learn about:

  1. the basics of IT projects;
  2. roles and responsibilities within a team;
  3. typical tasks of a business analyst;
  4. identifying stakeholders and collaborating effectively to ensure project success;
  5. modeling, prototyping, and creating various types of documentation.

At the end of this phase, top candidates will receive an invitation to the next stage of the program.

The second stage lasts approximately five weeks and focuses on gaining practical experience. You will work with trainers and mentors who will act as stakeholders, presenting specific scenarios to help you better understand their needs. Your tasks will include:

  1. communicating with stakeholders;
  2. analyzing and validating requirements;
  3. creating relevant documentation.

Throughout this phase, you will receive regular feedback and support from trainers.

After successfully completing this phase, top graduates will have the opportunity to undergo a technical interview and join the EPAM Ukraine team as business analysts.

What is required for training:

  1. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
  2. Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  3. General understanding of the IT industry
  4. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
  5. Presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  6. Willingness to dive deep into the technical aspects of the software development process
  7. A basic understanding of business analysis in IT will help you learn faster
  8. Nice to have experience working in FinTech, e-commerce, Life Sciences & Healthcare, business process automation, banking, finance, Big Data, or insurance
  9. Previous experience with business analysis–related tasks will be a plus
