If you are studying in your second, third or fourth year of university and looking for a summer internship at a leading tech company, this intensive program at EPAM Lab is for you.

We will help you gain hands-on experience through a simulated project, learn directly from professionals in the field and develop your skills in Data & Analytics and AI-driven solutions.

  1. Start date: June 1 (for Vilnius University), July 1 (other universities)
  2. Duration: 3 months (for Vilnius University), 2 months (other universities)
  3. Commitment: Full-time engagement (40 hours per week)
  4. Format: Hybrid in our Vilnius or Kaunas offices (at least 2 days per week on site)

After completing the internship, you will build industry-relevant competencies and a strong portfolio to showcase in your future career at EPAM or anywhere in tech.

What is required for training:

We are looking for motivated university students in their second to fourth year from Vilnius, Kaunas or nearby areas who have:

  1. English proficiency at the B2 level or above
  2. Fluency in Lithuanian at C1 (Advanced) level or higher
  3. Deep understanding of SQL/databases and Python
  4. Introductory experience with Power BI/Tableau and ETL tools
  5. Foundational knowledge of database systems, including data warehouses and OLAP/OLTP concepts
  6. Strong interest in data fields (data integration, visualization or quality)
  7. Basic Git skills and familiarity with version control

Nice to have:

  1. Understanding of data quality principles or BI report design practices
  2. Familiarity with cloud technologies
How to get started?
  1. Register by May 25. You need to fill in all the fields, including the "Additional information" section, where you should briefly describe your motivation for applying and expectations.
  2. Take the English test in the "My assessments" section of your account. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and achieve at least a B2 level result.
  3. Pass the technical test in the "My assessments" section of your account. You should complete it within 5 days of registration and reach a minimum score of 70%.
  4. Have a general interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you are among the shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements and have performed well on the tests.
  5. Join an online technical interview. You will speak with a Data & Analytics engineer and demonstrate your knowledge.
  6. Receive an invitation and start the internship. We will share enrollment results and instructions closer to the program start date.
