If you are completing your final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ICT-related field and eager to gain your first real-world tech experience, this paid internship program is for you.

We will help you gain hands-on experience through a simulated project, learn directly from EPAM professionals and build in-demand skills in API development, system integration and AI‑driven solutions.

During two months of full-time internship, you will learn how to:

  1. Design and build robust APIs that drive innovation
  2. Integrate cloud services, databases and enterprise platforms
  3. Leverage AI-enabled development tools and build AI-centric solutions
  4. Work with modern tools and frameworks (REST, GraphQL and more)
  5. Contribute to digital transformation projects for global clients

Upon completing the internship, you will gain industry-relevant skills and the opportunity to join the EPAM team in Malta.

General requirements:

  1. Education: Students in their final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ICT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Development), expected to graduate by the program start date
  2. Availability: Readiness to commit to a full-time internship (not combined with full-time studies or employment)
  3. Work authorization: Valid permission to work full-time in Malta

Skills requirements:

  1. Programming: Familiarity with one or more programming languages (Go, Python, Java, JS, C#, C/C++, PHP or similar)
  2. Computer Science: Solid understanding of basic algorithms, data structures and distributed systems
  3. Web Architecture: Foundational knowledge of client-server interaction
  4. Communication: English proficiency at B1 level or higher
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page by June 15th. Once you have filled in all the required fields, you will receive a confirmation with more details in your inbox and notifications tab.
  2. Upload the required documents to your profile. You will need to share your up-to-date CV, a covering letter outlining your motivation and a copy of your academic transcript demonstrating your performance to date.
  3. Have an online interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will reach out to you if you are among the shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements.
  4. Join an online technical interview. You will need to demonstrate your knowledge and present a project completed during your university studies.
  5. Receive an invitation and start the internship. We will share enrollment results and instructions closer to the program start date.
