Our structured learning path is designed to take you from fundamental concepts to advanced automation techniques through a step-by-step approach. This online, free program provides a unique opportunity for joiners to gain in-demand skills in test automation.


By joining, you will:

  1. Strengthen your Java skills with hands-on practice.
  2. Master leading test automation frameworks used in the industry.
  3. Gain expertise in essential development and testing tools for modern software engineering.


Registration deadline: 23th of April, 2026

Program start*: 11st of May, 2026


The program consists of two stages: 

  1. The first stage will last 2.5 months and require approximately 20 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and pass knowledge-checking tests. Our experienced mentors will guide your learning through bi-weekly Q&A sessions and workshops. 
  2. If you successfully pass all training modules, the technical test and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the next, more advanced stage. It will last approximately 1 month with the same weekly engagement hours and include regular Q&A sessions and practical tasks which our trainers will assess. 



This course is completely free of charge and will be held online.

After completing this program, high-performing candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue their learning according to their level, skills and available opportunities at EPAM.

What is required for training:

  1. English proficiency level of B1 (Intermediate) and higher 
  2. Familiarity with Java 
  3. Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles 
  4. Knowledge of a testing process and its main tools 
  5. Opportunity to work with self-study materials and meet deadlines 

Nice to have:  

  1. Analytical thinking and resourcefulness in solving non-standard tasks 
  2. Basic understanding of algorithms, SQL, database, HTML and CSS 
How to get started?
  1. Register by April 23th. You need to fill in all the required fields and upload your CV. 
  2. Complete the English test available in your profile. You should complete it within 3 days after registration and reach at least B1 English level.    
  3. Pass a technical assessment by April 27th. You will receive the exam link via the post-registration email. It would be great if you could complete the technical test within 5 days after your registration, but not later than April 27, 10:00 A.M. Please, keep in mind that we have limited seats, and the selection processes are happening continuously.   
  4. Join the kick-off session and start learning. If you successfully pass all the assessment steps, you will receive an invitation email 1-3 days prior to the first webinar. 
  5. Check your profile's mailbox regularly to make sure you get all important notifications.

  1. At the time of application, applicant has to live in and be eligible to work (full-time position) in Hungary.
  2. The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email.
  3. Active participants of ЕРАМ Educational programs and employees of EPAM Systems are not allowed to register for the training. Feel free to contact your Training Coordinator or Resource Manager regarding other opportunities.
  4. Considering the limited number of program slots, the applications order and selection results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
