If you have basic programming skills in Java and aspire to shape your career in Automated Testing, then this program is tailored for you. 

Our learning path comprises several stages, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in this direction. By participating, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Learn core software development and testing artifacts. 
  • Advance your proficiency in Java. 
  • Master modern frameworks for test automation. 

Upon program completion, you will gain market-oriented soft & hard skills, which you may apply in the IT industry. 

TRAINING PROCESS 

The program consists of two stages: 

  • The first stage will last 2.5 months and require approximately 20 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and pass knowledge-checking tests. Our experienced mentors will guide your learning through bi-weekly Q&A sessions and workshops. 
  • If you successfully pass all training modules, the technical test and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the next more advanced stage. It will last approximately 1 month with the same weekly engagement hours and include regular Q&A sessions and practical tasks which our trainers will assess. 

Based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM, you will be able to join our Lab and get hands-on experience at the forefront of the industry. 

What is required for training:

  1. English proficiency level of B1and higher 
  2. Familiarity with Java 
  3. Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles 
  4. Knowledge of a testing process and its main tools 
  5. Opportunity to work with self-study materials and meet deadlines 

Nice to have:  

  1. Analytical thinking and resourcefulness in solving non-standard tasks 
  2. Basic understanding of algorithms, SQL, database, HTML and CSS 
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page by April 17. Once you have completed all the required fields, you’ll receive the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab. 
  2. Take the English proficiency test. You’ll find it under the "My enrollments" tab in your account on this training portal. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and reach the B1 level result or higher to proceed.
  3. [Optional] Pass the trial technical assessment to practice and explore the platform. Please note that the results won't affect the primary selection process, whether you get a high or low score.
  4. Pass a technical test. It is available at the "My enrollments" tab in your account on this training portal. You should complete theoretical test and practical task within 3 days of registration.
  5. Wait for the enrollment results. We’ll inform you once the final results are ready. If you're admitted, we’ll provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth start to your training.
  6. Join the kick-off session to get more information about the course
  7. Start the course on the EPAM Learn platform and do your best!

  1. This training is for citizens of Bulgaria and specialists relocated to this country for a permanent stay, and individuals located in Sofia.
  2. The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email. 
  3. Active participants of trainings available on the campus.epam.com platform and EPAM Systems Company Employees are not allowed to register for the training. Please, contact your manager regarding the positions available.
  4. Considering the limited number of program slots, the application order and assessment results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
