Training process

The program will last ~2 months and require up to 20 hours of weekly engagement. Guided by EPAM experts, you will:

  1. Explore self-study materials, accessible at any time
  2. Participate in Q&A sessions with EPAM specialists once a week
  3. Complete theoretical quizzes to check your knowledge

After successful graduation, you may have the opportunity to continue your career journey at EPAM, depending on your demonstrated skills and the availability of entry-level positions within the company.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  1. Citizens of Georgia and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
  2. Specialists changing careers, final-year university students and graduates
  3. Individuals aged 18 years and older

Skills requirements:

  1. English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher 
  2. Basic computer literacy 
  3. Strong communication skills 
  4. Attention to detail and knack for active listening 

Nice to have: 

  1. Basic knowledge of IT service management  
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you have filled in all the required fields and attached your CV, you will find a confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and reach at least a B2 level result to proceed.
  3. Pass the technical assessment available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and reach a score of 70% or above to proceed.
  4. Have a conversation with our AI assistant. We will send you an invitation email with all instructions within 2-3 weeks after you complete all tests (this step will be available only to shortlisted candidates who meet all the requirements and achieve the highest scores).
  5. Receive an invitation to the program. We will share enrollment results and instructions for your learning journey several days before the start.
