NextGen University Program is designed for university students who are expected to graduate within the next 18 months.
You will study modern technologies guided by practicing, world-class experts and gain hands-on experience with the support of experienced mentors.
During the NextGen University Program you will broaden your skill set and receive practical training that will help you:
- Secure your spot in the Internship Program.
- Continue to more advanced training courses, or even pursue a professional opportunity with EPAM, because we always notice talented, motivated people.
To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in a university program and expected to graduate within the next 18 months.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Registration close date: January 30, 2026*
- Program start date: February 3, 2026*
- Program duration: The program can be completed in about 4-6 months, depending on your weekly commitment—more time invested means quicker completion
- Format: online topics and practical tasks, regular sessions with mentors.
- Average engagement for studies: about 15 hours per week

What is required for training:
- English level B2 or higher
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve non-standard tasks
- Software development experience in any programming language will help you in your education, but it is not mandatory
- Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and database fundamentals will be your advantage
- Ability to work on the materials for self-educational purposes
How to get started?

- Take an English proficiency test. It is available at "My assessments" tab in your personal account on this campus portal.
- Pass the technical test within 5 days. It is available at "My assessments" tab in your personal account on this campus portal.
- Have an interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you complete the previous step successfully.
- Wait for the enrollment results. We will inform you within 5 working days via email.
