Your learning journey

This program includes two engaging, structured stages to guide your development.

Stage 1: Fundamentals (3 months, ~15-20 hours/week)

Build a strong foundation in Data Analytics Engineering.

  • Weekly self-study and practice: Learn core concepts, complete practical tasks, and take short tests with weekly deadlines to maintain steady progress.
  • Expert feedback: Receive personalized guidance and reviews from mentors every week.
  • Interactive sessions: Join live evening Q&A discussions (recordings available).
  • Skill checks: Take two brief individual assessments combining theory and live coding.

Successful candidates will proceed to the next stage after a technical interview.


Stage 2: Specialization (4 months, ~20-30 hours/week)

Deepen your expertise with advanced tools and real-world projects.

  • Intensive learning: Explore in-depth modules and complete assignments reviewed every two days.
  • Ongoing support: Participate in daily Q&A sessions with mentors and peers.
  • Skill verification: Demonstrate your progress through assessments and live coding exercises.

Upon completing both stages, you’ll be considered for open roles at EPAM based on your skills and performance.

What is required for training:

  • English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
  • Basic understanding of DBMS theory and SQL
  • Familiarity with Python basics

Nice to have:

  • A degree in a technical field
  • Experience in banking or technical roles
How to get started?
  1. Register by January 15 and upload your CV. You’ll receive confirmation via email.
  2. Take the English test (within 5 days, minimum B2 level required).
  3. Pass the technical test (within 5 days, score ≥70%).
  4. Attend the general interview (for shortlisted candidates).
  5. Complete a self-paced preparatory course (link provided after registration).
  6. Pass the final technical assessment on February 4.
  7. Get your invitation and begin your learning journey with EPAM!
