What to Expect?

This program teaches AI Engineering as a first-class engineering discipline, not as prompt hacking, tool juggling or experimental tinkering. In just 2 weeks, you will experience an AI-native Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) and learn how AI engineering teams build real, production-grade AI products. In this program, you will not learn a model; you will learn how to think, design and build with AI.

  1. Understand the difference between vibe coding and spec-driven development, and why AI systems need precision to work reliably
  2. Learn how AI-friendly specifications (PRDs, Epics, Stories) guide both humans and models toward the same outcome
  3. See how context engineering and memory patterns shape AI behavior and output quality
  4. Experience how tools like Copilot, SpecKit and MCP (Model Context Protocol) turn AI into a usable engineering collaborator
  5. Learn how AI can generate tests, validate behavior and support QA workflows
  6. Apply the full AI SDLC in a hands-on project to implement a net new solution and deliver a working AI-powered MVP

After successfully completing the program and meeting all requirements, you can earn a place in our internship program and/or connect directly with our recruitment team. After that, if you ace the technical interviews (think of them like final bosses!), you can get approved for our summer internship 2026 program or even join us for a full-time role at EPAM Türkiye!

(Just a heads-up: While the recruitment process doesn’t guarantee an outcome, we are confident that if you make it through the whole program, you will be more than ready to tackle the technical interview and we believe in your success as much as you do! 💪)

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  1. Only Turkish citizens are eligible to join the program
  2. Students eligible for an internship in software-related departments of 2+ year programs at universities in Türkiye


Skills requirements:

  1. English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
  2. Experience in at least one programming language
  3. Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory
  4. Understanding of SOLID principles, HTTP, REST API, JSON
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach your CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Share your most recent СV. You need to go to your profile on the Campus portal and upload your file in the "CV" section at the bottom of the page. Please note that this step is essential for progressing with your application.
  3. Fill out the survey via this link. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and answer some general questions about your background and motivation.
  4. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration and reach at least a B1 level result to proceed.
  5. Pass the technical assessment available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it within 3 days of registration to proceed.
  6. Receive an invitation to the program. We will share enrollment results and instructions for your learning journey several days before the start.

What will you learn?
The program will last ~2 weeks and require ~40 hours of weekly engagement. Here's what you will learn:
  1. Transition from vibe coding to spec-driven development
  2. Create specs and document decisions (PRDs, Epics, stories)
  3. Boost AI agent efficiency and capture outputs
  4. Use Copilot, SpecKit, and MCP tools
  5. Generate automated QA tests with AI
  6. Design multi-agent frameworks and build elicitation-capable agents
  7. Modernize projects and deliver measurable results
