NextGen University Program is designed for university students who are expected to graduate within the next 18 months.

You will study modern technologies guided by practicing, world-class experts and gain hands-on experience with the support of experienced mentors.

During the NextGen University Program you will broaden your skill set and receive practical training that will help you:

To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in a university program and expected to graduate within the next 18 months.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Registration close date: January 15, 2026*
Program start date: January 19, 2026*
Program duration: The program can be completed in 2 months, depending on your weekly commitment—more time invested means quicker completion
Format: online topics and practical tasks, regular QA session with mentors once a week
Average engagement for studies: about 15 hours per week

What is required for training:

English proficiency level from B1+ and higher
Basic knowledge of Java/JavaScript/.Net
Basic understanding of algorithms, SQL
Self-learning and self-discipline skills
Profile: Active University Students (maximum 18 months before graduation)
Graduation year eligible: Summer / Winter of 2026 and Summer of 2027

How to get started?

Take an English proficiency test. It is available at "My enrollment" tab in your personal account on this campus portal.
Have an interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you if you complete the previous step successfully.

This program is available only for Mexican citizens and relocated individuals with permanent residence permits.
EPAM does not cover visa or work-permit costs and does not provide relocation support.
