Training process

The program will last ~2.5-3 months and require ~20-30 hours of weekly engagement. Here's what you can expect: 

  • Self-study materials (videos and text resources), accessible at any time  
  • Numerous practical tasks and theory quizzes with instant feedback 
  • Weekly group Q&A sessions led by EPAM experts

By the end, you'll acquire job-ready soft and technical skills that will equip you to thrive as a junior systems engineer at EPAM or elsewhere in the IT industry.

What is required for training:

General requirements:

  • Citizens of Uzbekistan and permanent residents who are eligible to work in this country
  • Specialists changing careers, second-to-last or final year university students and graduates
  • Individuals aged 18 years and older

Skills requirements:

  • English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
  • Profound knowledge of Git
  • Good understanding of Hypervisor and Networking
  • Solid knowledge of Linux OS
  • Proficiency in the Docker platform
  • Experience in scripting using Bash and Python

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of algorithms and OOP
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page by November 24. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete it by December 1 and reach at least the B1 level result to proceed. 
  3. Take the technical assessment available in your account's "My assessments" section. You should complete all tasks and tests by December 1 to proceed.
  4. Have a conversation with our AI assistant. We will send you an invitation email with all instructions after you successfully complete assessments (this step will be available only for those with the highest scores).
  5. Have an online technical interview. You will communicate one-on-one with DevOps engineers of the Middle+ level and showcase your knowledge (this step will be available only for those with the highest scores).
  6. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results via email one week before the start of learning.
