Training process

The program consists of two stages:

  • The first one will last up to 2 months with ~10-12 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete theory quizzes and practical tasks, as well as participate in regular Q&A sessions led by EPAM experts.
  • If you show good results and successfully pass a technical interview, we will invite you to the next stage, taking up to 3 months and requiring ~10-12 hours of weekly engagement. You will collaborate closely with trainers who will act as stakeholders and present specific business scenarios. Your task will be to apply and demonstrate your newfound skills within this capstone project.

Upon successful program completion, you will have a final technical interview and may have a chance to start your career journey at EPAM based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities within the company.

What is required for training:

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher 
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills 
  • General understanding of the IT industry and the Business Analyst role 

Nice to have:

  • Domain knowledge of Finance, Insurance, Banking, Life Science or Health Care
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Once you fill out all the required fields and attach your CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
  2. Take the English test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 3 days after registration and reach at least the B2 level result to proceed.  
  3. Pass the logic test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 5 days after registration.
  4. Have a phone interview with a recruiter. Our specialist will contact you to ask some general questions upon successful completion of the previous steps.
  5. Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the final enrollment results via email one week before the start of learning.

  • This program is only for citizens of Uzbekistan and those who have relocated to this country for a permanent stay. 
  • The learning process will be quite intensive, so we only invite specialists, graduates or students in their final year.
