Training process
  • This program is completely free and delivered online, making it accessible to participants from around the country.
  • It offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience, with an average weekly commitment of 20 hours over approximately 6 months.
  • We welcome ambitious graduates and students in their final academic year with a solid foundation in software development. Throughout the program, you'll receive expert guidance, comprehensive learning materials, and support from EPAM professionals to help you succeed.
  • By the end, you'll acquire soft and technical skills that will equip you to thrive as a .NET developer in the IT industry.
What will you learn?
.NET Development program considers a part-time engagement up to 6 months. Completing this program, you will gain knowledge in:
1. .NET & C#
2. Relational Databases and NoSQL
3. ASP.NET Core
4. Unit Testing and TDD
5. Front-End Basics
6. Design Patterns and Application Architecture
7. Engineering Excellence (EngX)
8. Clouds Fundamentals
9. Generative AI for productivity
What is required for training:

  • English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
  • C# and .NET Core/.NET 6 or 8 skills: Basic development experience.
  • Web API knowledge: Understanding how Web APIs work.
  • Web basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Version control: Experience using Git.
  • Algorithms & Data Structures: Solid understanding, plus familiarity with OOP and SOLID principles.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Angular and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) will set you apart.
  • Strong communication: Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills.
How to get started?
  1. Register by April 7: Fill out the registration form, attach your CV, and check your inbox or notifications tab for a confirmation with more details.
  2. English test: Complete the English test available in your profile within 5 days of registration. You'll need to achieve at least a B2 result to proceed.
  3. Entry Technical Assessment: Within 5 days of registration, complete the assessment available in your account’s "My Enrollments" section. This includes a Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Skills Assessment (7 hours total).
  4. General Interview: If you pass the technical assessment and confirm your English proficiency, you'll be invited to a general interview with a recruiter.
  5. Technical Interview: Successful candidates from the previous stages will receive an invitation for a technical interview.
  6. Program invitation: Those who successfully complete all previous stages will be invited to join the program, with further instructions provided before the course begins.

  • The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email.
  • Active participants of ЕРАМ Educational programs and employees of EPAM Systems are not allowed to register for the training. Feel free to contact your Training Coordinator or Resource Manager regarding other opportunities.
  • Considering the limited number of program slots, the applications order and selection results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
