Our learning path consists of several levels, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in QA and related emerging technologies. By participating in this fundamentals stage, you will have the opportunity to:

Upon successful program completion, you will gain market-oriented soft & hard skills and may have a chance to join an internship at EPAM Laboratory.

Training process
You can progress through this program at your convenience, as all learning materials will be accessible anytime. On average, you will need ~10 weeks and ~20 hours of weekly engagement to complete this stage.
Here's what you can expect:
- Exploration of self-study materials such as pre-recorded videos and text resources
- Completion of numerous practical tasks and theory quizzes
- Communication with experienced mentors at the regular one-on-one calls
Upon completing all modules, you can take a final technical interview to continue your journey at the next stage – our specialization-level program (EPAM Laboratory). If you showcase a sufficient level of knowledge, our recruiter will share instructions for your next steps.
What is required for training:
- English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
- Familiarity with the software development & testing life cycles and Agile frameworks
- Solid knowledge of functional testing basics (Test Artifacts, Test Methods, Types and Levels, Main Testing Terms; Test Planning and Analysis; Test Documentation; Test Design Techniques; Defect and Results Reporting)
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- Understanding of programming basics, networks, API and databases
How to get started?
- Register on this page. Once you fill in all the required fields and upload your CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox and notifications tab.
- Take the English test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 5 days after registration and reach at least the B1 level result to proceed.
- Pass the technical test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should complete it within 5 days after registration and reach at least the 60% result to proceed.
- Have a phone interview with a recruiter. We will contact you if you accomplish the previous steps successfully to ask some general questions and guide you through the next steps.
- Receive an invitation to the program and start studying. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey.
