Would you like to delve deeper into the role of a business analyst in IT and gain practical skills? Join the Business Analysis Program at EPAM Campus!

This course is designed for candidates who want to master essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, modeling business processes, analyzing data and communicating effectively with development teams and stakeholders. Along with theoretical knowledge, you will work on practical tasks and participate in workshops where you can apply what you've learned to real-world scenarios.

Register by November 10, 2024, 1:00 PM, and start your studies in November.

Format: Self-study of materials, regular workshops, homework reviews, and Q&A sessions with experts.

The program consists of 2 stages. After completing the education, top graduates will have the opportunity to interview for EPAM projects.

What will you learn?

The first stage of the program lasts approximately 1 month and includes self-study and Q&A sessions with trainers. Online sessions will be held in the evenings, outside of regular working hours. Plan to spend about 2 hours per week on online study, plus additional time for self-learning.

During this phase, you will learn about:

  • The basics of IT projects.
  • Roles and responsibilities within a team.
  • Typical tasks of a business analyst.
  • Identifying stakeholders and effective collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Modeling, prototyping, and creating various types of documentation.

At the end of this phase, the top candidates will receive an invitation to the next stage of the program.

The second stage lasts approximately 5 weeks and focuses on gaining practical experience. You will work with trainers and mentors who will act as stakeholders, presenting specific scenarios to help you understand their needs. Your tasks will include:

  • Communicating with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and validating requirements.
  • Creating relevant documentation.

Throughout this phase, you will receive regular feedback and support from the trainers.

After successfully completing this phase, top graduates will have the opportunity to undergo a technical interview and join the EPAM Ukraine team as business analysts.

What is required for training:

  • English level from Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • General understanding of the IT industry
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with a team
  • Presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to dive deep into tech aspects of the software development process 
  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis in IT will help you learn faster
  • Nice to have working experience in FinTech, e-commerce, Life science & Healthcare, Business process automation, banking, finance, Big Data, or Insurance 
  • Previous experience with BA-related tasks will be a plus 
How to get started?
  1. Register on this page. Fill in all the required fields, attach your CV and receive a confirmation on your email or in the notifications section.
  2. Take the English test and proof your B2 or higher level before November 11th. It will be available in your profile on training.epam.ua after registration. 
  3. Complete the Survey within 5 days after registration but before November 11th. You can find the test in your profile or on the website examinator.epam.com.
  4. Expect an email from our team with selection results and an invitation to the group.
  5. Enjoy your learning and do your best to continue your journey with EPAM.
