We brought together over 300 novice engineers at INHA University to answer their burning questions: What areas are currently in demand? How do I join international projects? Can I work and travel? And most importantly, where can I get a decent IT education? Our colleagues from the EPAM Training Center explained how specialists can become a part of the worldwide engineering community at the beginning of their career and why there are no limits to ambition (in every sense!).
Every day, new technologies take the agenda by storm and define the development trends on projects for the most forward-thinking clients. Over the past two years, the EPAM Uzbekistan team has grown more than three times, and for a reason – innovations need the caring hands of engineers! Together with the speaker of the EPAM Insider student stream, Bakhtiyor Akhmedov, Senior Resource Development Lab Head, we discussed how to start a career at EPAM and how we help young engineers learn and develop.
