We invite you to join our Python Mentoring Program, designed for individuals looking to enhance their Python skills and gain hands-on experience in the IT industry. In this program, you’ll experience self-paced learning with a part-time commitment, assignments with automated checks, and interactive group Q&A sessions and workshops – all under the guidance of EPAM experts.


By participating, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Understand relational databases (SQL & NoSQL) and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)

What is required for training:

  • English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Proficiency in Python Core, a basic understanding of algorithms, data structures and databases.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in software development (any language).
Training process
  • This program is completely free and delivered online, making it accessible to participants from around the country.
  • It offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience, with an average weekly commitment of 20 hours over approximately 2 months.
  • We welcome ambitious graduates and students in their final academic year with a solid foundation in software development. Throughout the program, you'll receive expert guidance, comprehensive learning materials, and support from EPAM professionals to help you succeed.
  • By the end, you'll acquire soft and technical skills that will equip you to thrive as a Python developer in the IT industry.
How to get started?
  1. Register by May 30, 09:00, filling in all required fields and attaching your CV. You’ll receive a confirmation email with further details.
  2. Take the English Test within 3 days of registration – B2 level or higher is required.
  3. Pass the Technical Test available in the "My enrollments" section within 3 days after registration, no later than June 2, 23:59.
  4. Join an Interview with our recruiter.
  5. Complete an Online Technical Interview with our expert. We will notify you of the final enrollment results and provide detailed instructions for starting your learning journey if you are admitted.

Please read this info before registration:
  • At the time of application, applicant has to be eligible to work (full-time position) in Hungary.
  • The program start date may change, so the selection period may be adjusted accordingly. Please regularly check for updates on this page and via email.
  • Active participants of ЕРАМ Educational programs and employees of EPAM Systems are not allowed to register for the training. Feel free to contact your Training Coordinator or Resource Manager regarding other opportunities.
  • Considering the limited number of program slots, the applications order and selection results will be decisive factors for being enrolled.
  • After completing this program, high-performing candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue their learning according to their level, skills, and available opportunities at EPAM.
